1. Mechanical Walkdown & Scope Review
We inspect pumps, drive systems, grout pads, anchors, and piping strain points before starting. Whether it’s a planned replacement or emergency job, our scope is clear.
2. Rigging & Base Prep
We safely remove existing equipment (if needed), set new or rebuilt systems, install or regrout pedestals, and torque anchors to spec.
3. Alignment & Reassembly
Using laser alignment, we align motor shafts to pump drives within .001″ tolerance. We correct base issues, pipe strain, and soft foot to protect long-term performance.
4. Verification & Startup Support
Our crews remain onsite to assist with rotation checks, commissioning torque audits, and final documentation. We ensure you’re not just operational—you’re optimal.
