Our Hydrogen Deployment Process
1. Pre-Install Walkdown & Scope Confirmation
We review equipment layout, anchor points, pipe paths, base spec, and tie-in orientation. Thermal growth and vibration tolerances are mapped to ensure compliance.
2. Base Setting & Foundation Prep
We install and torque anchors, shim and level bases, and apply Chockfast® or epoxy grout with full cure monitoring. Every support holds.
3. Equipment Rigging & Installation
We rig and place compressors, skids, pumps, dryers, and associated equipment—always with laser-level alignment and risk mitigation for confined or delicate installs.
4. Alignment & Tie-In Work
We perform DBSE and thermal growth alignment, install flex connections and relief joints, and eliminate pipe strain before system pressurization.
5. Final Verification & Mechanical Standby
We check torque, vibration limits, and alignment specs. Tillson can also support third-party leak tests, startup supervision, or commissioning as needed.
