Our Field Approach
1. Walkdown & Damage Review
We assess alignment, foundation condition, grout integrity, shaft runout, and pipe/load strain to identify failure points.
2. Rigging & Disassembly
Crews dismantle damaged or worn equipment safely and efficiently, minimizing disruption to surrounding systems and structures.
3. Mechanical Repair & Overhaul
We rebuild gearboxes, fans, and pumps using new or refurbished parts, and repair baseplates, pedestals, or grout pads if required.
4. Reinstallation & Alignment
We reset, level, shim, and align components using laser tools and API 686-grade methods, correcting for thermal growth and DBSE.
5. Documentation & Support
All work is verified with alignment reports, torque records, and visual documentation. We stay on standby during startup or restart as needed.
