Our Material Handling Service Process
1. Walkdown & Layout Verification
We evaluate conveyor paths, mounting points, equipment spacing, and structural supports—so nothing goes in out of square or off-level.
2. Rigging, Base, and Drive Setup
We move and set shredders, conveyors, and skids with safe, precision rigging. Bases are leveled, anchored, and grouted for vibration control.
3. Mechanical Install & Alignment
We install conveyors, tension belts, align shafts, and calibrate drive systems. Fans, pumps, and motors are installed to torque and DBSE specs.
4. Startup Prep & Test Runs
We verify alignment, soft foot, belt tracking, and load-bearing tolerances. Then we support startup runs and make adjustments to fine-tune performance.
