Industrial Conveyor Services
Whether it’s bottlenecks from belt misalignment, jams from poor tracking, or total system failure from unstable installs. Conveyor issues hit productivity hard.
Tillson Industrial delivers conveyor system services that prioritize uptime, precision, and plant safety from install to maintenance.

What We Do
We install, align, and maintain mechanical conveyor systems across industrial environments. From fast-moving belt lines to high-load screw or chain systems.
Our crews ensure every conveyor is set up to spec, runs true, and integrates cleanly with the rest of your mechanical systems.
We support:
- Flat, incline, and cleated belt conveyors
- Modular, slat, and plastic chain conveyors
- Screw conveyors for bulk material handling
- Chain-driven systems for heavy unit loads
- Custom frame and drive integrations
Whether you’re adding a single line or overhauling a full material handling system, Tillson is your mechanical partner for getting conveyors installed right and keeping them running that way.
Why It Matters
One small misalignment can ripple into hours of downtime. Most conveyor failures aren’t sudden. They build up from minor mechanical oversights that wear on belts, destroy bearings, and cause motor overloads.
We eliminate risks like:
- Belt misalignment and tracking drift
- Loose or distorted conveyor frames
- Poor belt tension and drive alignment
- Premature motor, gearbox, or bearing failure
- Material jams and inconsistent product flow
When conveyors aren’t set correctly, production doesn’t just slow down—it stops. And when production stops, revenue follows.
How We Get It Done
1. Layout Verification & Scope Review
We review the full layout. Checking elevation, support structure, product flow, and load requirements. If needed, we make on-site adjustments or fabricate shims/brackets for frame consistency.
2. Base Setting & Drive Install
Our teams anchor the conveyor frame, set motor and reducer mounts, and install drive components with proper shaft alignment. We verify reducer to motor coupling fit and confirm DBSE when applicable.
3. Belt Setup & Tension Adjustment
We install the belt or chain, adjust for manufacturer-recommended tension, and verify alignment across rollers, idlers, and pulleys. Belt guards and safety barriers are installed per plant standards.
4. Tracking & Test Run
We run the system under no-load and simulated-load conditions to observe belt tracking, drive response, and mechanical balance. Any noise, drift, or torque irregularities are corrected immediately.
5. Final Validation & Turnover
Once validated, we provide closeout documentation, startup support, and, if requested, operator handoff on tensioning and daily inspection points.

The Tillson Standard
We don’t just make it move. We make it last.
Conveyors are often overlooked until they become the bottleneck. That’s why we treat every pulley, frame, and motor with the same precision we apply to turbines and compressors. Because when uptime matters, every detail counts.
Call Tillson when your line can’t afford another jam.
